Trading Rules and Guidelines

News Trading

• Hyper-Growth and Bootcamp: Allowed, except for bracket strategies around news.
• High Stakes: Placing orders 2 minutes before or after high-impact news is prohibited.

Copy Trading

• Permitted for High Stakes and Hyper-Growth accounts with restrictions.
  • Once managing over $500K, taking identical trades across accounts is no longer allowed.
  • Copy trading from external accounts is permitted only if the account belongs to the same trader.
  • Third-party copy trading is strictly prohibited.

Expert Advisors (EAs)

• Allowed if they comply with the terms and conditions.

High Stakes Program Requirements

• Traders must have at least 3 profitable days.
• A profitable day is defined as one where closed positions yield a profit of at least 0.5% of the initial balance.

Bootcamp Rules

• Stop-Loss (SL):
  • Required for all positions and orders.
  • Must not risk more than 2% of the account balance per position.
• Daily Pause:
  • A 3% daily pause (“soft breach”) applies during the funded stage.
  • Violations include opening positions without an SL or exceeding the 2% risk limit.

Prohibited Practices

• One-sided bets: Consistently taking positions in a single direction without considering market conditions.
• Exploiting price discrepancies (arbitrage).
• Using bracket strategies by placing pending orders around high-impact news.
• Exploiting system errors, such as price display inaccuracies or delays.

Inactivity Rule

• Accounts with no new orders for 30 consecutive calendar days will expire.

Profit Split Details for The5ers Programs

Bootcamp and Hyper-Growth Programs

• Traders begin with a 50% profit split.
• This can increase to 75% at the next stage of the scaling plan.
• Profit splits can be scaled up to a maximum of 100%.

High Stakes Program

• Traders start with an 80% profit split.
• The profit split can also be scaled up to 100%.

Payout Frequency

• Traders can withdraw their profits bi-weekly.
